Eagles/Colts game penalty question?

How many other quarterbacks in the NFL had their helmets grazed yesterday during their games? If that happened to any other one, nothing would have been called but since it was Peyton Manning, it's a penalty. Being a Steelers fan, I can tell you that Big Ben gets clobbered week after week (please no rapist jokes, they are irrelevent). Several other quarterbacks do as well. I thought that was a cheesy call. Agree or disagree?
