How do i get really straight, shiny hair?

Do you still have or did you get any of the chi products? I had the products used along with a chi on my hair once it was straight and shiny. There is a whole line or items to use in steps but they worked on my hair. I can't even get a relaxer to take the curls out its that bad. I would ask a friend or some one who can help with the process also. Having some one else straighten your hair might help in that they can go over and over the same piece and see how the back and sides are lining up too. Paul Mitchel has a straightening creme as well that might be of help too. Good luck
