Question about a clunking noise on 2000 plymouth breeze.?

its hard to explain but im hearing a clunking noise on my front left and right on my car.everytime when i drive on minor bumps on roads.i hear a noise on my front left,front right or sometimes both.even making turns when i go into bumps i hear a clunking noise.i can only hear it when my windows is down.my bearings and constant verlocity shaft c/v is fine.its like something underneath is loose or fallen apart.could it be a bad struts or what can fix this problem.thanks ppl.
