My size 11 snowboard boots have 2 inches of over hang the width of my board is 26cm can i get a wider board?

on most boards you can adjust the bindings back, is you havent tried that yet, also burton snowboards makes elevators that raise your bindings off of the board some to remove the overhang (http://www.tactics.com/burton/elevator) also to answer your question yes they do make wider boards, burton snowboards makes many of their 2010 snowboards in a wide version.
