Does anyone know if theres a ratio on which the CSA base payments towards child payments ?

or is there anywhere online i can go to find out my rights ? i am a father about to start making payments to my ex - wife.. i dont mind helping in the upkeep of my children (2) .. just dont want to get fleeced ... thanks.
