How to become a cell phone tester for verizon?

I'm 15 about to turn 16 and I was wondering if I could become a cell phone tester, preferably for verizon. No I'm not one of those teenagers that just want a bunch of free phones. I have always been interested in this line of work and I was wondering the best way to get stated.
