Does distilled water exhibit conductivity or acid/ base properties?

Pure water will conduct electricity but the resistance is quite high compared to metals. Absolutely pure water is neutral. When exposed to the atmosphere it absorbs CO2 which forms a weak acid, lowering the pH.
