Going to Mexico with Baja Motion Tours? Help?

This is my first time planning my own vacation. I looked at maybe 25 different sites, and the prices are ridiculous for the family trip i'm planning for this december to puerto vallarta. other sites are asking for approximately 1,800 cad per person, but this site is asking for approx. 3000 for 3 people! it seems too good to be true. has anyone used this company before? is it good? why are the prices so low? thanks so much!
