Is it only girls from Liverpool who do the pjs/rollers/ugg boot combo?

They wear rollers all day so their hair will be set properly for going out that night. To be fair I see a lot of girls in Manchester with pj bottoms on and Uggs, but not really with the rollers in. My sister wears her rollers in all day to set her hair, but she stays indoors, and I have wore my uggs with pyjama bottoms before but only to go to the shops, which are around one corner, to buy things like milk for my morning cuppa!
