You are off to a good start. Think about where you want to go next. So far, you have just made a list. Why don't you just write down the points you want to make (is your friend going away? Does she feel the same way about you? Does she have challenges she must deal with?) without regard to the syllable count, rhyme, etc. Then, as you revise it, you can work to bring those things together. Good luck!
