This is really fascinating! But really it isn't even necessary because the creationist argument begs the question, "Where did god come from?" They argue that the universe couldn't have come from nothing but "resolve" that by saying that an omnipotent being came from nowhere. Your argument from quantum physics is at least plausible. And very intriguing!
