Was the "mystery missile" just an airplane? Is it another Balloon Boy style hoax?

ask this.... if that was a missle... why didn't every missle defense command go to DEF_COM 3 until it was decided what and whose?.... NO ONE , not us, not Russia, not China or North Korea even flinched...... and especially, WE didn't.... so, that makes it an airplane..... or else we fired a dummy missle for show and let the 'friends' in the world know it was coming so they wouldn't get all trigger happy..... now, using Occam's Razor.... chose .....
