What is going on with our relationship?

Hate to say it brother but you need to move on. Give her space and time if thats what you want to do, but you are probably wasting your time waiting around on her. Like most girls she was all about you when you weren't that in to her, and then as soon as you actually committed to her she is bored and wants to be single. My advice is get as far away from her as possible.
