I have a situation - concerning family - please advice.?

woah...sounds like my family! Okay, all you can do now is try calling in a couple days, or see if she writes back. If not, have your daughter call her. In a way though, no offense but you were both a bit wrong. Your mother was there first and sitting, nd at the same time you were right trying to get her to move so you could see better. anyway though, she's like my grandmother and we've (my parents and I) have decided that there's no reasoning with her and just gave up on it, so we haven't talked to her since easter. Finaly a like a week ago she called us saying sorry for what she did (long story), and we knew she wanted us to apologise first, but we wouldn't. Do the same. If she doesn't after a month, then if you wan to call her. Don't say sorry, just to check up on her, or if her birthday's coming, call and say happy birthday. It may make her miss you and say sorry. Then after that, give her one last shot and invite her to something. If she behaves the same way, don't invite her and really wait for her to get in touch with you.
