DVD+R Phillips 16x disk? cant do anything with it?

hi... a Dell ....well...check the computer cd drive, if it is a combo cd and dvd writer or just a cd writer.. seems like you have a cd-r writer only.... if so, replace it with the combo cd and dvd drive and problem solve.
