Im 13 and i need help?

ok so im 13 and im having these felling to have ... and i dont know if thts normal for a 13 year old like almost every day when im alone and its like ....idk but i was wondering if thts normal and my bf dosent but he feels like tht to but like every 2 monuths so idk wat to do agian is tht normal
